Pressure Ulcer is a skin injure because of pressure on the skin. It is also known as Bedsores might be develop on skin such as  hips and tailbone.

Here are some tips for Pressure Ulcers:

  • Position Changing.
  • Keeping Skin Clean and Dry.
  • Using Pillows.
  • Active or Passive  Exercise In the Bed.
